Harbor is building a baby-monitor system that pairs a 2K camera, which creates its own Wi-Fi signal, with a bundled 10-inch tablet, avoiding apps and an internet connection. The company also offers optional remote night-nanny support for parents who grant its infant-care and sleep experts access to their monitor. Harbor raised $7 million across two seed-round closes, including a recent $4 million tranche led by Trust Ventures.
Greenlite, founded by former Gopuff colleagues Ben Allen and James Gallagher, automates construction permitting through software that standardizes plan reviews across jurisdictions. Its platform combines construction drawings, zoning and use data, building codes, and compliance markup; the company says it is authorized to review plans and conduct inspections in around 2,000 jurisdictions. Greenlite raises $28.5 million in a Series A led by Craft Ventures to expand into new markets and acquire customers.
