London-based chip software automation startup Embedd raises $2.7 million in a pre-seed round led by Seedcamp. Its platform creates digital twins of hardware and uses AI agents to generate code that helps semiconductors communicate with software, which the company says lets customers ship production-ready chip software up to six times faster. Embedd counts Microchip Technology among its customers and plans to use the funding to expand its platform and support more semiconductor makers.
