AbbVie receives an exclusive license to Jacobio's SHP2 portfolio covering early clinical-stage assets JAB-3068 and JAB-3312; Jacobio will continue early global clinical trials with AbbVie covering R&D expenses, after which AbbVie assumes global development and commercialization. Jacobio retains an option to exclusively develop and commercialize the program in mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau. Financial terms were not disclosed.
