Cowlitz Family Health Center

Family Health Center offers general dentistry services, including screenings, preventive care, and restorative treatments.

The center integrates behavioral health into its medical clinics, with on-site psychiatric nurse practitioners, counselors, and social workers collaborating with primary care providers.

The Cowlitz Family Health Center provides services to support community health.

Dr. Anthony Lirio Reyes earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of the Philippines in Manila and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Santo Tomas. He completed his Family Medicine residency at McLaren Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan.

Dr. Conway earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University in New Jersey, a Master of Computer Science, and a degree in Biology from the University of Denver in Colorado. She attended Oklahoma State University for her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and trained as a Family Medicine resident at the University of Oklahoma.

Dr. Melgar earned a Bachelor of Science in Zoology and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of the Philippines. He completed his Internal Medicine training at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio and became Medical Director at a Central Washington community health center in 1996.

Family Health Center began as a project of the Community Action Program, offering family planning and health services to low-income individuals in Cowlitz County through clinics staffed by volunteers.
