Tri-Med Family Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center recognized by NCQA for patient-centered care, serving the community since 2009.

Our on-site pharmacy participates in the 340B Drug Discount Program, a federal government program requiring drug manufacturers to provide outpatient drugs at significantly reduced prices. These prescription drug price savings are directly passed onto you as an NGHCC patient, regardless of insurance status.

Annual exams and preventive care help patients maintain healthy habits and build relationships with their primary care physicians.
