Wellness Plan

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers provides family medicine services for patients of all ages, with family physicians coordinating lifelong care.

Three of our clinics offer internal medicine services. Internal medicine, or general medicine, is the medical area that works with prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. Physicians who are trained in internal medicine are referred to as internists. These qualified physicians are skilled in many disease identification processes. They play a large role in the teaching and research of medical disease studies.

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers coordinates patient care through primary care physicians and organizes services based on individual needs as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH).

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers offers pediatric services, including care for infants, children, and adolescents under 21, provided by pediatricians, nurses, and medical assistants.

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers hosts events like family literacy programs, webinars, and Family Fun Days to engage the community in health education, including disease prevention and health promotion.

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers Foundation raises funds for its health centers and clinics in metro Detroit through community donations and events. The Wellness Plan Medical Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center with five locations.

The Wellness Plan Medical Centers provides extended hours at some locations to accommodate patients who cannot visit during regular business hours.

Monday: 8:30 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Tuesday: 8:30 A.M. to 5.00 P.M. Wednesday: 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Thursday: 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Friday: 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Saturday: 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 PM (Open for Telemedicine ONLY)
