The AUBO iV-Vision Series combines an AUBO collaborative robot arm with a vision stack built into the cell: a vision controller in a one-piece control cabinet, purpose-built vision software, an industrial camera, and a light-source module. Setup features one-key hand-eye calibration, guided creation and deployment of application scenarios, and multi-process, multi-station operation.
Imaging hardware is configurable per scenario, covering ring light sources with 60 to 120 mm outer diameters, color or monochrome cameras from 0.3 to 20 megapixels, and fixed-focus lenses from 6 to 50 mm. AUBO positions the series for vision-guided demands in industrial automation, with reference applications spanning 3C electronics inspection, optical image recognition, camera-module testing on mobile platforms, and inspection or patrol tasks on automated guided vehicles.

AUBO iV-Vision Series pairs AUBO collaborative robots with integrated machine-vision hardware and software.
