Campotec markets pome and stone fruit, potatoes and minimally processed fresh-cut vegetables under its own brands and retailer programmes. Its Pêra Rocha and Maçã de Alcobaça lines come from orchards along the Leiria–Mafra strip, most of the apple crop inside the Maçã de Alcobaça IGP zone, while organic Pêra Rocha and organic apple come from an orchard south of Alcácer do Sal. Fruit is cold-stored under controlled atmosphere for year-round supply and a dedicated unit turns produce into salads, diced potato and cut fruit.
Potato is sold by culinary type rather than skin colour: the Chérie® and Princesa Amandine® brands reach shoppers at Sonae, Auchan, Pingo Doce, Aldi and Intermarché, and roughly 4 million kilograms a year go to buyers in France, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. Campotec operates as a recognised Portuguese producer organisation that pools member growers' supply and invests in plant breeding, precision agriculture and low-residue crop protection.
