COMSYS Holdings Corporation was established as a pure holding company through a joint stock transfer by Nippon Comsys, Sanwa Elec, and East Japan System Construction. It exercises management control over subsidiaries in information and communications construction, electrical facilities construction, and information processing-related businesses.

Its IT solutions business proposes, designs, develops, and constructs systems for customers across many industries, and operates, monitors, and maintains their networks and servers. The carrier-related business builds and maintains telecommunications equipment nationwide for NTT Group and New Common Carriers, both telecom carriers. Its social system-related business applies engineering capabilities developed in telecommunications infrastructure to infrastructure, electricity and telecommunications, and renewable energy.
