Sanitary full-fit reverse osmosis element for food, beverage, and dairy product concentration.
FilmTec RO-3838/30-FF elements contain sanitary high-rejection reverse osmosis membrane used to process food, beverage, and dairy streams, with particular strength in dewatering and product concentration including dairy products and liquid foods. The full-fit configuration supports cleaning and minimizes dead spaces, and all materials of construction comply with United States Food and Drug Administration indirect food contact requirements.
Part of the FilmTec Specialty 4-inch element line developed for sanitary dairy and heat-sanitizable duties, the element offers high solute rejection for greater yields with food-grade design and construction. As a sanitary RO element for dairy concentration, it competes with anti-fouling sanitary reverse-osmosis membranes used in food and dairy separations.
