EliteElite Health

Elite, marketed as Elite Health, is the healthcare offering of Stratum Industries, an applied-AI company incubated in Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch. Its product is an autonomous voice agent that answers patient calls at any hour across voice, SMS, and web and completes front-office work inside the practice's EHR, covering scheduling, triage and routing, intake and eligibility, referrals, lab requests, refills, outreach, balances, tasks, and prior authorization.

The agent ships with the scheduling protocols of eighteen specialties and writes outcomes back to the practice's existing EHR and phone system, resolving routine interactions end to end and escalating complex ones to staff. It exposes a REST API with HL7 and FHIR support and is priced per resolved interaction rather than per seat. Deployment takes days to two weeks; the company states it is HIPAA compliant, signs a business associate agreement before handling live patient data, keeps data in the United States, and does not train models on patient information.
