EVELO Electric Bicycle Company was founded with the mission to make cycling more accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of physical barriers like hills, distance, age, or fitness levels. The company focuses on developing and distributing stylish, long-range electric bicycles designed for both recreation and commuting. Their product line includes powerful, lightweight models and a safe, stable electric tricycle, all backed by an industry-leading 4-year/20,000-mile warranty.
Notable achievements include their generous 21-day at-home trial policy, which alleviates the risk of online purchases by offering free return shipping if the bike isn't a perfect fit. This customer-centric approach has significantly impacted the market by making high-quality electric bikes more accessible and user-friendly. EVELO's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has positioned them as a trusted name in the electric bicycle industry.
