FastWave Artero is the company's electric intravascular lithotripsy (E-IVL) system, developed for treating calcified peripheral artery disease. It delivers sonic pressure waves through a balloon catheter at 4 Hz and uses individually powered electrodes designed to resist degradation and provide consistent longitudinal and circumferential energy. The system pairs a dual-layer, rupture-resistant balloon with a one-click, cable-free console intended to streamline the interventional workflow.
FastWave reports first-in-human peripheral results across nine successfully treated limbs in eight patients and received FDA IDE approval in Q3 2026 to begin a peripheral pivotal trial (SPARC). It is an investigational device limited to investigational use.
