FlexSim Simulation Software is a 3D discrete event simulation environment for modeling, simulating, analyzing, and visualizing manufacturing, material handling, warehousing, and supply chain systems. Models are assembled with a drag-and-drop object library and a process-flow tool, then validated in a fully 3D environment that accounts for time, space, and variability. The environment supports CAD import, custom 3D objects, charting and data export, and design-of-experiment studies through its Experimenter tool.
FlexSim Simulation Software integrates the OptQuest simulation optimization engine for multi-objective search, and its xMark capability set provides visual and statistical model validation. The software is used by manufacturers, distribution and logistics operators, and academic institutions. It is delivered as commercial licensed software by FlexSim Software Products, Inc., which has operated within Autodesk, Inc. since the 2023 acquisition.
