Overview

AI Agents is Glide's offering for automating back-office operations at community banks and credit unions. The service combines Ask AI portfolio analytics, a Document Collection Agent with tamper and forgery detection, a drop-off re-engagement agent for abandoned applications, and an Onboarding Agent that activates new and dormant accounts across email, SMS, and voice.

The offering runs on a multi-model approach hosted through Amazon Web Services Bedrock with zero data retention, and no personally identifiable information is sent to models. Glide integrates in real time with core, loan origination, and CRM systems, and supports consumer loan types together with personal, business, trust, minor and custodial, and IRA or estate account types.
