GroqCloud is Groq's inference cloud platform that provides fast, reliable AI inference at scale. It is organized into three tiers: GroqMetal for dedicated bare-metal infrastructure, GroqCore for a tested inference stack, and GroqAssured for enterprise-grade governance, auditability, and control.

The platform runs on Groq's Language Processing Unit (LPU) hardware. Groq operates 13 data centers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific, and in partnership with NVIDIA has integrated its inference technology into the NVIDIA LPX platform.
