Interplay offers PlayTach
Product
PlayTach is Interplay's smart camera-and-feeding attachment for existing dog crates.
- Currently Offered
The PlayTach (also styled "Playtach Crate Attachment" or "Interplay PlayTach Attachment") is a consumer pet-tech hardware device built to fit almost any standard dog crate of any size, attaching to a crate the owner already owns rather than replacing it. A built-in camera and microphone support video monitoring, two-way talk, and music playback, while integrated dispensers release food and water in real time or on a set schedule; the companion Interplay mobile app controls feeding, the puppy cam, the microphone, and remote crate unlock.
As of the current official site (fetched 2026-09-01) the PlayTach is pre-launch: distribution is a waitlist/pre-order signup promoted as "Join the 200+ Pet Parents on the Waitlist Today!", no price is published, and the Shop page carries no cart or checkout. A beta launch was announced in April 2022, and Startland News' September 2024 coverage of the company's Techstars Kansas City participation names the product "Interplay PlayTach".
