In January 2026, Langfuse was acquired by ClickHouse while remaining fully independent in branding and operations. The entire team joined ClickHouse to accelerate performance, reliability, and enterprise features, with Langfuse Cloud and self-hosting continuing unchanged under the same open-source MIT license and endpoints. This acquisition builds on a long partnership where Langfuse v3 already leveraged ClickHouse for scale, allowing faster investment in the product users rely on for production AI workloads.
