LeanData Scheduling, sold under the BookIt brand, schedules buyer meetings using CRM-aware routing rather than simple round-robin assignment. BookIt for Forms captures inbound signals from web forms, chatbots, events, and AI agents, while BookIt Handoff applies routing policies built on account ownership, territory, and availability, and BookIt Links brings routing to personal and managed booking links. The official FAQ names Calendly and Chili Piper as comparison alternatives, with CRM-aware routing as the stated differentiator.

BookIt for Tradeshows extends the same routing to event scheduling, and BookIt MCP enables governed agentic booking inside admin and rep workflows at no additional cost. LeanData offers Scheduling standalone, separate from its Orchestration platform, according to the pricing page packaging FAQ.
