OnPoint connects to a building automation system a customer already runs and reads its trend data without installing new hardware or touching any control sequence. It runs the Prescriptiv fault-detection engine, developed from Carnegie Mellon research, to surface the faults that alarms never catch, and turns each into an AIR rating that opens to its underlying findings and trend evidence.
A Maple advisor layer lets facilities teams ask the same data questions in plain language and get an engineer's diagnosis, evidence, and recommended action with estimated impact. The output is a ranked, dollar-valued list of what to fix and why, with executive reports across major BAS vendors including Johnson Controls, Siemens, Honeywell, Automated Logic, and Delta.
