Open Cosmos designs, builds, launches and operates satellites through OpenOrbit, then turns their output into services: OpenConstellation shares Earth observation infrastructure across members, DataCosmos gives enterprise, government and defence users secure platform access to imagery and AI workflows, and ConnectedCosmos delivers sovereign broadband and IoT from a 192-satellite LEO foundation. Manufacturing across four European factories targets a one-satellite-a-day build cadence with a 100% in-orbit mission success record.
Customers include European governments, space agencies and large energy and infrastructure companies, with more than $370 million of contracts signed over three and a half years; a September 2026 €300 million Series C led by Lightrock funds constellation expansion, and the July 2025 acquisition of Connected added the hosted-payload IoT platform behind its connectivity line.
