Ottimate provides accounts payable software for finance teams, automating invoice capture, coding, approvals and vendor payments. It began as Plate IQ to address restaurant invoice backlogs that made prompt vendor payment difficult.

Ottimate automatically assigns general ledger codes to captured invoice details, supports approval rules based on role or invoice amount, and compares invoices with purchase orders or receipts to identify price and quantity differences before payment. It integrates with NetSuite and Sage Intacct to synchronize invoice data with accounting software and serves hospitality, healthcare and grocery businesses, including operators managing accounts payable across multiple locations.
