GroPOS is UniSight's point-of-sale application for grocery stores, installed as a lightweight app on existing Windows or Linux register hardware rather than requiring new equipment purchases. It runs offline-resilient with cloud sync so cash sales continue during outages, processes cash, credit, debit, and SNAP/EBT in one transaction with split tender, partial approvals, and EBT balance inquiries, and integrates price-computing scales, receipt printers, scanners, and coin dispensers through oneServer.
The interface is built for short cashier training, with product lookup, held transactions, returns, and manager-approval workflows for voids, refunds, and price overrides to secure the till. Sales data syncs live into the UniSight platform, and vendor payments can be initiated from the register.
