The UniSight Platform is the core hub of UniSight's retail management system, unifying bookkeeping, employee management, inventory, purchase orders, invoicing, and bank account linking from a single point of entry for grocery retailers. It positions itself as the single source of truth connecting the company's point-of-sale, inventory, and time-tracking applications, with automated financial tracking and bank linking through Plaid.

The hub provides real-time dashboards and rule-based alerts across sales, margin, pricing, cash, and labor — including schedule-adherence alerts — alongside live inventory tracking, vendor management, and purchase-order workflows. It integrates third-party store hardware such as price-computing scales and electronic shelf labels through the on-site oneServer component.
