ADP WorkForce Suite is an enterprise-grade global workforce management platform built for large hourly and frontline workforces. It models pay rules and union agreements and covers enterprise time and attendance, advanced employee scheduling, global leave and absence management, labor compliance and fatigue management, and workforce forecasting and analytics.

The platform runs unified inside the ADP human capital management ecosystem and integrates with SAP, Workday, and Oracle through open REST APIs and prebuilt connectors. It is delivered either by ADP or through certified system integrators.
