Established in 2007. Founded in 2007 by owners Anthony Shira and Randy Waller the company became its own entity separated from the initially joint W Real Estate in 2009. Both companies are still owned and operated by the long time business partners and have each grown to become very successful over the last few years working together as well as bringing on new agents, loan officers and processors to help with the expanding business. Tony was raised in Sonoma County and has long been a part of the community he calls home. He graduated from Sonoma State University in 2000 and began working for a long established community bank. His time in the banking industry allowed him to experience all aspects of the financing process, and also to learn how to succeed with the number of challenges we have witnessed over that period of time. Tony knows that being a part of the community helps builds relationships and a foundation for the future. His family still resides in Sonoma County and that is where he and his wife Jamie will raise their own family which has recently grown to include his new daughter. Tony is involved in Habitat for Humanity, Junior Achievement, and the United Way, among others. He enjoys working with all of his clients, building long-term relationships, and helping his customers realize their financial goals.
