LEAP Innovations is a Chicago nonprofit helping schools and districts transform teaching and learning through student-centered, research-based programs.
LEAP Innovations works alongside schools and districts to redesign teaching and learning so every student is deeply engaged, future-ready, and positioned for success. Rooted in research about how students learn best, the organization helps build educator capacity and create the infrastructure needed for lasting impact.
Its work spans student-centered learning systems, AI in education supports, cohort-based professional learning and coaching, and the LEAP Learner Engagement Survey. The organization reports partnerships with more than 450 schools and districts since 2013, and its Accelerator runs cohort programs in Chicagoland and virtually.
