ACCME-aligned continuing education conferences and activities for physicians and other health care providers.
Currently Offered
The school's Office of Continuing Education for Health Professions responds to educational needs in Missouri that other forums and providers do not adequately address, concentrating on annual conferences for primary care physicians in rural areas. Its activities embody ethical-conduct standards consistent with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education guidelines.
Alongside conferences, the office offers live CME-credit education activities through the Missouri Telehealth Network and Show-Me ECHO, a videoconferencing program connecting primary care providers with interdisciplinary specialists in case-based learning. Participating clinicians develop advanced clinical skills and best practices for patient-centered care.
