Blue Origin develops and manufactures reusable rockets, rocket engines, and spacecraft for orbital and suborbital flight. Its vehicles include the New Shepard suborbital rocket, the New Glenn heavy-lift orbital launcher, and the BE-3 and BE-4 engines that also power United Launch Alliance's Vulcan Centaur. The company is also building the Blue Moon lunar lander and the Blue Ring spacecraft platform.

The company flies crewed suborbital missions and provides launch services for commercial satellites and national security payloads. It is developing a human lunar landing system under a NASA contract and supplies flight hardware for Mars and other deep-space missions through its Honeybee Robotics subsidiary.
