ClinePass gives Cline users access to open-weight models from Moonshot AI, Z.ai, DeepSeek, MiniMax, MiMo, and Qwen under a single monthly subscription at a standard rate of $9.99 per month. Cline says quotas run two to five times standard API rate limits, and setup requires no separate provider accounts or API keys.
