DocuSign Identify protects business agreements and data from identity fraud through a portfolio of verification and authentication solutions embedded directly in agreement workflows. ID Verification combines government-issued ID capture with AI-powered biometric liveness detection that completes in under one minute.

The platform adds risk-based verification, phone authentication via SMS or voice one-time passcodes across 190 countries, knowledge-based authentication in the US, EU Qualified verification for eIDAS Qualified Electronic Signatures, a CLEAR integration, and an Identity Wallet for reusable verified identities.
