GongGong Agents

Gong Agents is the agentic execution layer of the Gong revenue AI platform. It supplies a library of pre-built agents for recurring revenue tasks alongside an Agent Studio for assembling custom agents, all operating on the customer interaction record held in the platform's revenue graph and governed by the platform's orchestration layer. The agents run research, account and deal preparation, follow-up, and CRM upkeep work next to human representatives rather than replacing the platform's user-facing applications.

Gong Agents extends the Gong platform from analysis into execution and is licensed as part of it. Its competitive set spans both revenue intelligence and enablement platforms that are adding agent capabilities and standalone AI sales-agent products that sell delegated prospecting and outreach work on their own.
