Koncert AI Parallel Dialer is the multi-line power dialer in Koncert's sales engagement platform. It dials several prospect numbers at the same time and applies answer detection so that busy tones, fax tones, disconnected numbers, voicemail systems, and phone-tree navigation are filtered out before a representative is connected, leaving the representative in live conversations rather than waiting on individual dials. Representatives work from a calling list, see prospect records surface as calls connect, and can deselect or reschedule upcoming prospects during a session.

The product is sold as a subscription option alongside Koncert's single-line AI Power Dialer, human-assisted Agent-Assisted Dialer, and click-to-call Click Dialer.
