Apollo Dialer is the calling product inside the Apollo platform. It automates outbound calls from a prioritized list with a Power Dialer mode that dials sequentially and a Parallel Dialer mode that connects a rep to the first answered line, and it adds local presence numbers to improve pickup rates as well as international dialing for cross-border coverage. The product includes AI-generated call scripts, voicemail drop, call recording and transcription, and automatic logging and summaries back to the connected CRM.

Apollo makes the dialer available within its lower-tier plans using the platform's unified credit model while selling the more advanced dialing capabilities as a team-level add-on.
