PAMCO integrates Air Liquide's MegaMethanol production platform with CryoCap carbon capture designed to capture more than 90 percent of process CO2 emissions, positioning the project among North America's largest low-carbon methanol suppliers. The Port Arthur site on the US Gulf Coast provides direct access to natural gas feedstock, deepwater marine terminals, and rail, truck, and barge logistics for export, while captured CO2 is managed through partnerships including Oxy and 1PointFive. Roughly $2.75 billion in project financing is underwritten, subject to development milestones.

ZeoGas has advanced PAMCO through more than a decade of development and over $40 million invested to date, following a staged path from engineering and final investment decision through construction, commissioning, and commercial operations. The project is oriented toward global methanol supply for chemical, industrial, and marine fuel customers, where lower-carbon methanol helps buyers reduce supply chain emissions and meet shipping emissions targets. Long-term commercial relationships span technology, engineering, supply, carbon management, and product offtake.
