Gong Revenue Harness sits between the Gong Revenue Graph and the revenue applications built on the platform, giving AI agents scoped data access, approval gates, and audit controls so they can act on CRM, calendar, and communication systems without bypassing enterprise policy. Gong introduced the layer in June 2026 as the centerpiece of the Mission Big Dipper release.
The harness reasons from the interaction and pipeline data held in the Revenue Graph and coordinates pre-built and custom agents from a single execution surface, governing how agents are connected and authorized as they take on revenue work alongside human representatives. It is licensed as part of the Gong Revenue AI OS rather than sold as a standalone product.
