Performio ICM ingests commission and incentive data from CRM, ERP, HRIS, and finance systems through built-in ETL, then calculates sales commissions with a component-based logic engine that handles matrixed crediting, splits, tiers, and rollups. Plans, targets, and rates are configured without code, and embedded AI helps teams model changes and automate administration.

Sellers track earnings, quota progress, and payouts in real time through dashboards and statements, while administrators get audit trails, forecasting, reporting, and enterprise governance for compensation programs.
