Direct Advisory Suite is Morningstar's modernized advisor workstation, replacing the long-running Advisor Workstation product. Financial advisors use it to generate FINRA-reviewed proposals, screen funds, ETFs, and fixed-income securities, build and compare portfolios across risk, performance, and exposure, profile clients, and produce branded reports backed by Morningstar's ratings, analyst research, and methodology.

The suite ties together investment research, investment planning, portfolio analytics, and client reporting in one workflow so advisors can move from screening to recommendation to client deliverable without exporting between tools. It targets independent advisory practices and broker-dealers, plays a regulatory-aware role for fiduciary obligations, and lets firm leaders visualize advisor activity and book-of-business trends across their organization.
