Overview

Autopilot is the automated agent within Atlas's customer support platform. Administrators set its data sources, connected tools, response protocols, tone and guardrails, and the agent then answers customer requests across the platform's supported channels and languages.

Support teams tune and monitor the agent through test runs, a history of past sessions, evaluations against expected answers, and reporting by channel, intent and customer segment. The knowledge sources the agent cites when it responds come from the same configuration.
