Salesforce Maps is location-intelligence software that plots accounts, opportunities, and other Salesforce records on interactive maps for planning and prioritization. It combines CRM data with external business, property, and demographic information to guide territory design, prospecting, and outreach decisions. Sales teams use it to highlight priority accounts, research territories, and fill open schedule windows with nearby prospects and customers.

The software provides map-based visualization, data-driven prioritization, automated routes and schedules, embedded field guidance, and mobile access to current records. An advanced edition adds thematic maps and extended route optimization for longer planning horizons. Both editions are sold as subscription add-ons to the Salesforce sales portfolio.
